1.1. How many different models can I choose from? We currently have three packages you can choose from please see our buyers guide for more information on them which can be found here
1.2. Each model seems to have a few sizes how do I choose a size? Pro-Jumps are sold in different strength springs which correspond to the users weight. Our sizes go up by 10kg and choosing the right size is very important please click herefor a detailed guide on choosing the right size for you.
1.3. Some sizes are more expensive, why is this? We do not charge according to the size but according to whether the size you require is already available or whether a "Spring Swap Service" needs to be used. The higher prices are listed with this service included and you will be informed of this on the buying page. Until recently we simply did not list items that were out of stock and customers had to call in to choose this service - listing them on the site means customers no longer need to call to arrange this service.
1.4. Why do I have to pay for the "Spring Swap Service" There is usually a charge of £15 for this service as it involves a lot of time and effort for our staff in order to provide the service. This service involves unpacking a box of New Pro-Jumps, removing the springs that are in there, replacing the springs to the size you need and repackaging the box again to a high standard, ready to post out to you. Please note when ordered by 1pm, there may be a 24hour delay in dispatching these to give our specialists enough time to provide the service - this service is only available if the springs you require are in stock.
EXAMPLE 1: If you order by 1 pm on Wednesday, its likely your item will not be dispatched until Thursday to allow time for the Spring Swap Service to take place (if you are in the Mainland UK it is likely you will have these at the earliest for Friday)
If you order later on in the day this may cuase a further delay EXAMPLE 2: If you order after 1 pm on Wednesday, we will not be able to process that till the Thursday, so your item won't be dispatched until Friday to allow time for the Spring Swap Service to take place (if you are in the Mainland UK it is likely you will have these at the earliest for Monday)

1.5. Do I need safety gear? It’s always better to be safe than sorry, when on Jumping Stilts your feet are about 45cm above ground level, so it’s a long way down if you fall! As with any sport, injuries do happen but they are few and far between and by wearing wrist pads, knee pads, elbow pads and a helmet most injuries can be avoided. We recommend the use of Knee Shin Pads when using Stilts with a knee bar and hinged knee Shin Pads when using calf cuffs. 1.6. How long does it take to get started? The learning curve is relatively short, on average users find that within 20 mins they can start walking unaided and if they have a friend or an experienced user helping them, then they are usually walking unaided within 10 mins and can start doing small jumps and tricks within a couple of hours.
It is important to read the PRO-JUMP MANUAL which provides valuable tips and advise on getting started, it is highly recommended that you join our forum to learn more about the sport and get advise from fellow users and also learn from members that live near you. There are lots of groups forming around the country that you may benefit from joining. 1.7 Is there a warranty or guarantee? Yes there is a limited guarantee on Pro-Jump stilts, see full details on our terms page Pro-Jump Stilts (Glass Fibre Spring) warranty The Pro-Jump stilts are provided with the statutory 28 days warranty. This excludes general wear and tear and damage caused by extreme use or mis use. If any problems occur please contact us by phone on 01772 792 600 so we can deal with the issue promptly. In some cases you may be asked to return the product for inspection before a replacement can be sent.
New "Standard" Pro-Jump Stilts (Carbon/Glass Fibre Spring) warranty Any Pro-Jump stilts purchased November 2007 onwards are backed by a new longer guarantee rather than the 28day warranty that Pro-Jump usually offer.
The new Pro-Jump Jumping Stilts currently in store have the latest developed and more expensive Glass / Carbon Mix Springs.
The new "Standard" Pro-Jump Stilts carry a limited guarantee. Any damage caused by natural wear and tear, as well as damage caused due to improper or extreme use or unauthorised repairs will cause the guarantee to be void.
There is a 6 months manufacturer guarantee on the metal frame of your Pro-Jump Jumping Stilts against defects. The actual spring of your Pro-Jump is covered by a 3 months guarantee.
This limited guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover deliberate or accidental damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, storage or use. The limited guarantee will be void if the product is used in a manner other than for recreational use, if they are modified or rented out.

2.1 How can I contact you and what are your opening times? All our contact details & opening time can be found here
2.2Are all your items in stock? We generally only list items that are in stock, as we sell on multiple channels at times the stock levels may be inaccurate for a few hours, if you have placed your order and the item is out of stock a customer service advisor will inform you straight away by calling or emailing you.
2.3 Can I get a discount if I order in bulk? Generally only trade customers can be given discounts however in some cases we may be able to offer discounts for larger quantities, please email detailed requirements to us
2.4 Do you sell products not listed on your website? The general rule is if it's not on the site, then we don't sell it. However please contact us if you are after a particular part - please be as descriptive as possible and provide pictures where necessary, you may also want to visit our sister sites for alternative products www.GhostBikes.com and www.UKGoodDeals.com
2.5 What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit or UK debit cards, bank transfer and Paypal. 2.6 Do I pay a delivery charge for each item? Yes. Unless the delivery is included in the item price or it is listed as free delivery. When you buy a pair of jumping stilts we provide free delivery on parts and safety gear brought at the same time. 2.7 After paying for my goods when will they be dispatched and delivered? If you have completed your transaction by 1pm we will aim to dispatch your goods the "same working day" or the next working day if a "Spring Swap Service" was used. If you ordered on a non working day or after 1pm we will dispatch your items on the next working day.
All Pro-Jump stilts are sent using a next working day service for the UK mainland and for Europe this changes according to the zone you need the item delivered to. Please see the delivery chart on this page for more information on delivery times.
Most Pro-Jump parts and clothing when brought without Jumping Stilts are sent using a Royal Mail service which usually arrives between 2-3 working days however we do advise customers to wait upto 7 days. If you are in a rush for these items please upgrade your delivery to a timed one or speak to our customer service team who may be able to offer an alternative service.
2.8 You keep mentioning "working days" - What are they? "Working Days" are classed as Monday to Friday. Weekends, bank holidays and official public holidays are not regarded as working days. On non working days couriers do not pick up parcels from us nor do they deliver any standard parcals. There for if you order Friday before 1pm your parcel will be dispatched the same day but your next working day delivery would take place on a Monday. If you order after 1pm your item won't be dispatched till Monday. 2.9 What if I am at work when the courier tries to deliver? The courier will leave a card to say they have attempted to deliver, this will include the local depot telephone number which you will need to call to re-arrange delivery of the order or collect it yourself. The courier often tries to deliver the item one more time after which it is returned to us and you will be charged postage again to dispatch the item if this happens.
2.10 What is the returns policy? We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold with all packaging intact and ununsed - due to the nature of Pro-Jump stilts once they are used they can not be resold as new and you may be charged a restocking fee dependant on what state they are returned in.
It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund) or please fill in our returns slip should be included with your invoice or you can download one here.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Refunds being made due to an order error or as the goods are unwanted will be made minus any postage costs incurred by us (usually for jumping stilts this is £14.99 for the UK mainland or the charge paid for other countries). If the return is due to a manufacturer fault and you are within the warranty period caused by us in processing your order then as long as you send in an original postal receipt we will refund this cost.
2.11 Do I have to pay for returns? Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded as long as you send in an original postal receipt we will refund this cost..
2.12 How can I make changes to my address or email address? We only post to the card holders address, therefore only changes made to ensure this is the address used can be made and to correct it if an error has been made. In order to make any changes to other details please email email@example.com ensuring you qoute your order number or call 01772 792 600. Changes can only be made prior to dispatch, once the goods are dispatched we can not make any delatils.

3.1 What is our Security Assurance? Transactions that involve your personal information (like credit card numbers) are performed securely using our SSL secure mode. You can verify you're in secure mode from the URL at the top of your browser: https:// - the "s" means "secure" and that the server is encrypting all data over the connection. Normally you will also see a padlock displayed in the lower right hand corner of your browser. Double clicking the padlock will give you more details on our security certificate.
