1. Acceptance of your order:
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock or a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. Pro-Jump.co.uk or UK Good Deals Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received. In the event of any instruction given by you to the courier i.e. (leave behind house / leave with neighbors etc) are done so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible.
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
Pro-Jump Stilts (Glass Fibre Spring) warranty
The Pro-Jump stilts are provided with the statutory 28 days warranty. This excludes general wear and tear and damage caused by extreme use or mis use. If any problems occur please contact us by phone on 01772 792 600 so we can deal with the issue promptly. In some cases you may be asked to return the product for inspection before a replacement can be sent.
New "Standard" Pro-Jump Stilts (Carbon/Glass Fibre Spring) warranty
Any Pro-Jump stilts purchased November 2007 onwards are backed by a new longer guarantee rather than the 28day warranty that Pro-Jump usually offer.
The new Pro-Jump Jumping Stilts currently in store have the latest developed and more expensive Glass / Carbon Mix Springs.
The new "Standard" Pro-Jump Stilts carry a limited guarantee. Any damage caused by natural wear and tear, as well as damage caused due to improper or extreme use or unauthorised repairs will cause the guarantee to be void.
There is a 6 months manufacturer guarantee on the metal frame of your Pro-Jump Jumping Stilts against defects. The actual spring of your Pro-Jump is covered by a 3 months guarantee.
This limited guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover deliberate or accidental damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, storage or use. The limited guarantee will be void if the product is used in a manner other than for recreational use, if they are modified or rented out.
Guarantee Application The guarantee applies only if:
1. If you were sold this product by an authorised Pro-Jump Dealer and you are the original purchaser.
2. If you use the product for your own recreational use
3. If the product has not been brought for resale.
Making A Claim Under The Guarantee
At our own discretion, we will repair or replace all or part of your product if your guarantee claim is successful.

•Your Name and contact details.
•A detailed description of the defect with a clear photo.
•A clear copy of your receipt
•A representative will then contact you with further instructions with regards to replacement parts or repairs.
Please note, the printed manual supplied with your Pro-Jump’s can become out of date and may not be accurate in terms of specification, warranty and content details. The warranty, specs and content details stand as seen on this website at the time of purchase. We also have a downloadable manual which can be found at www.ProJumpForum.com which will be updated more frequently. If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 14 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
7. No Variation or Representation:
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.

We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction:
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
Pro-jump.co.uk offer a price promise whereby if you see the identical product elsewhere (other than our own promotions across our sites) including delivery and in stock then we will endeavor to match the price and where possible give you 10% of the difference on top! In order to take advantage of this offer you can show us where it is cheaper before you buy or within 7 days of purchase.
The price promise policy is done in good faith, but can be withdrawn and any time without notice. Pro-Jump.co.uk and its sister companies will make any decisions and their word will be final. This Policy is in place to ensure fair play and where we feel any malice has occurred it will not be honored.

Suitable training is essential before using our products. Please carefully read and understand the manual provided with every Pro-Jump as it has important information regarding the use and functionality of Pro-Jump stilts. The learning of suitable techniques and safety measures are carried out under your sole responsibility. If you are not in the position to assume this responsibility or take this risk, do not use this equipment. We recommend the use of safety protection gear including a helmet, back protection, knee, and elbow and wrist guards.
